My name is Christine Taylor and I am 35 years old from Phoenix, Arizona, and until recently I suffered just like you. I have now turned the corner and changed my life for the better after finding the best natural cure for depression.
Here is my story…
I have suffered with moods swings from my early teens, and was always prone to feeling low… although life was good for me… I had a great job working for a big investment bank, my own house, a little red sports car and was engaged to marry the man of my dreams.
Hold on a minute I thought you said you was depressed?
Two years ago I lost my job due to a corporate merger. It shocked me so much that I soon began to spiral into some form of depression. As the depression started to take hold of me I began having serious relationship problems with my fiancée and eventually he broke off our engagement. WOW !!!
That is when it really hit me hard and I mean hard… No job, No money, I had to sell my lovely house and car and move back with my parents (I was 34). My life was over as far as I was concerned.
I moped around the house for a while (over 3 months) and never really did much as I had no energy and enthusiasm for anything. The anti-depressants subscribed by my local doctor were making my head fuzzy. Some days I wouldn’t even get out of bed, and just lay there watching Oprah Winfrey and all the other day time TV rubbish.

My parents were not happy to see me in this state, so they decided to make an appointment for me to see a psychiatrist. So there I am sitting in front a $750 dollar an hour psychiatrist. What have I got to lose - I opened up and told him everything. After two sessions he suggested that I attend a 4 week Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) course. Will it help I said? He quickly replied “it’s up to you”. “Ok, I’ll give it a try”
My parents reluctantly paid the fees which were $3,500 (ouch). This was not one of your regular run of the mill high street therapy courses, but a well known treatment center. (The one, where celebrities go to overcome their addictions and other health issues)
I forgot to mention, when I started to become depressed my anxiety levels went off the scale, sky high. I could not go to my local bar, shopping mall or any places with lots of people as this made me very anxious.
Day 1 on the course; what do I expect? Lots of people? I hope not! Great news - turns out to be only 6 people including me, 3 women and 2 guys.
Over the next four weeks we were taught Cognitive Behaviour Therapy concepts and how to use them to overcome Depression, OCD or Anxiety.
Our tutor was an amazing guy called Dr Richard Green; he made everything seem so easy to understand. After only one week on the course, I was already starting to feel better. Overall it took me over 6 months to fully recover from my problem.
